I personalize each workout and nutrition meal plan for YOUR body and YOUR stage in life. I offer one-on-one virtual personal training sessions, in-home sessions, in-person sessions, and nutrition counseling to fit your needs. I have been working with ages 7-91 for 26 years and being 54, myself, I have had to change and tweak my workouts and meal plans accordingly. Working out as I did in my 20's no longer works for my 54-year-old body. I know I could still work out the same but I would never reach my goals of staying healthy and fit as I get older. No equipment needed, just a desire to feel healthy and fit at your stage in life. Proper nutrition and exercise ensure health and wellness at each stage of the human lifecycle.
